Glenna H. Blevins, 93, of Minerva, died Sunday, May 28, 2017, in Crandall Medical Center in Sebring.
She was born Dec. 2, 1923, in North Lewisburg, Ohio, to Charles and Luverna (Stallings) Hughes. She is a 1941 graduate of Minerva High School and had worked for the Ray Brown Insurance Company, in the office at Cronin China and the office at the Minerva Railroad office. She is a member of the East Rochester United Methodist Church, the East Rochester Garden Club, the P.T.A. and the Lunch Bunch.
She is survived by two sons, Kenny (Kim) Blevins of Minerva and Gary (Sandy) Blevins of Minerva; nephew, John Reed of Alliance; two grandsons, Lance and Wesley Blevins; four stepgrandchildren, Josh and Jason Moss, Jessica Conrad and Josh Azzarella; and numerous great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by a sister, Dorothy (Reed) Unkefer.
Following cremation, a memorial service were held June 2 in the Gotschall-Hutchison Funeral Home in Minerva, with the Rev. Scott Williams officiating.
