Beech Creek Botanical Garden and Nature Preserve will sponsor several spring workshops in April.
The public is invited to enjoy some spring activities at the garden, 11929 Beech St. NE, Alliance. Registration is needed for all workshops and may be made by calling 330-829-7050 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. For more information, see www.bcbgarden.org.
On Saturday, April 21, 10-11:30 a.m., a kids' hands-on workshop will feature a rustic twig birdhouse. The cost is $10 for non-members and $8 for members.
Also on April 21, a workshop on miniature/fairy gardens will be held 2:30-4 p.m. The cost is $30 for non-members and $25 members.
On Saturday, April 28, 10-11:30 a.m., a kids' hands-on workshop will be to paint and plant a flower pot. The cost is $10 for non-members and $8 members.
Also on April 28, there will be a culinary-herb container garden at 2:30-4 p.m. The cost is $25 for non-members and $20 members.
