The 94th annual Minerva Homecoming will be held, June 14-June 17 at Municipal (Brock) Park located behind the Grinder's Plaza near the Minerva Cheese Factory.
The parade will be held Wednesday at 6 p.m. The theme is Proud to be an American. Pre-register through June 13. Registration forms can be completed at Designs by Terry located at 202 E Lincoln Way, Minerva.
Parade grand marshall is Denise Freeland, who was chosen as the 2017 Person of the Year for her dedication and service to the community.
Registration will also be held at the Minerva Fire Station on June 14, 3-5:15 p.m. No registrations will be accepted after 5:15 p.m. on parade day. Registrations after 5:15 p.m. will line up at the end of the parade and will not be announced or judged. Registration fee is $5, required by participants (except for nonprofit organizations). Parade Route: South on Bonnieview, West on Line St., North on Market, East on Lincoln Way, and end at Minerva High School.
