Minerva Police Report

On July 18, 12:36 p.m. police received a report of theft from a business located on E. Lincolnway. Information was obtained for a report.

On July 22, 2:57 p.m. police received a report of threats from a resident on King St. Verlie Brooks, Minerva, was charged with aggravated menacing. Information was obtained for a report. Brooks was transported to Carroll County Jail and is scheduled to appear in Carroll County Court.

On July 23, 2:44 a.m. police received a report of threats from a business on E. Lincolnway. Information was obtained for a report and sent to the prosecutor's office for review.

On July 24, 11:31 a.m. police received a report of breaking and entering from a resident on W. Line St. Information was obtained for a report.

On July 24, 7:08 p.m. police arrested Trina Cornett, Minerva, on a warrant out of Minerva Mayors Court for failure to pay fines and cost for driving under suspension. Information was obtained for a report and Cornett is scheduled to appear in Minerva Mayor's Court.

On July 26, 8:28 a.m. police received a report for vandalism to the gun range on Knox Court. Information was obtained for a report.

Accidents

On July 19, 2:16 p.m. a vehicle operated by Jessica Howard, Minerva, struck a vehicle operated by Daniel Underwood, Homeworth, on W. Lincolnway. No injuries and light damage reported. Howard was cited for assured clear distance and is scheduled to appear in Minerva Mayor's Court.

On July 25, 1:59 p.m. a vehicle operated by Christopher Johnson, Minerva, struck a vehicle operated by Andrew Stillion, Minerva, on E. Lincolnway. No injuries and light damage reported. Johnson was cited for assured clear distance and is scheduled to appear in Minerva Mayor's Court.
