Minerva Police Report

On Feb. 9, 3:56 p.m. police arrested Fredy Plata, Minerva, on a warrant out of Wayne County for failure to appear for driving under suspension. Plata was turned over to Wayne County.

On Feb. 10, 3:05 p.m. police received a report for a domestic dispute at a residence on Murray Ave. Information was obtained for a report.

On Feb. 11, 3:21 p.m. police arrested Joshua Carson, Minerva, on warrants out of Alliance Municipal Court for failure to appear for felony possession of heroin, possessing drug abuse instruments and driving under suspension. Carson is scheduled to appear in Alliance Municipal Court.

On Feb. 12, 4:40 p.m. police received a report for a domestic dispute at a residence on Carolyn Court. Arrested was David Litzinger, Minerva, for domestic violence and criminal damaging. Litzinger was transported to Carroll County Jail and is scheduled to appear in Carroll County Court.

On Feb. 13, 3:31 p.m. police received a report of fraud from a resident on W. Lincolnway. Information was obtained for a report.

On Feb. 13, 8:26 p.m. police arrested Daniel Riggle Jr., Minerva, on a warrant out of Minerva Mayor's Court for failure to pay fines and cost for driving under suspension and seat belt required. Riggle posted bond and the warrant was canceled.

On Feb. 14, 11:51 p.m. police arrested Lucas Best, Salineville, on warrants out of Minerva Mayor's Court for failure to pay fines and cost for two counts of drug abuse, possession of marijuana drug paraphernalia and driving under suspension. Best is scheduled to appear in Minerva Mayor's Court.

On Feb. 16, 9:11 a.m. police received a report for a theft from a residence on Scranton Blvd. Information was obtained for report.

Accidents

On Feb. 17, 8:31 a.m. a vehicle operated by Karen Jackson, Minerva, struck a vehicle operated by Sheri Nennig, Minerva, in a private driveway located off of Lynnwood Dr. No injuries and light damage reported.
